Red Lake Trading Post Employees of the Month

Thank you to our January Employees of the Month Keon Dow, Subway Employee and Marcus Isham, Red Lake Retail Employee!

"Our employee of the month program started in February of 2019," stated Allen Retz.

Allen takes pride in appreciating staff for being positive, proud and professional at work.

"Positive re-enforcement is as important as discipline," said Allen.

Employee of the Month winners receive $100.00. At the end of the year a drawing for $1,000 is held.

The 2019 Employees of the Month choose to divide the $1000.

"Great teamwork," Retz added.
