MDE Begins Formal Rulemaking Project on Minn. R. 3525.2810, Regarding Including Statewide and District Assessments in IEPs

The Minnesota Department of Education has begun the formal rulemaking process for the Possible Amendments to Rules Governing an Individualized Education Program (IEP) Team Including District and Statewide Assessment Results in an IEP, Minnesota Rules, Ch. 3525.2810, subp. 2. The Request for Comments will be published in the State Register on Monday, February 10, 2020. The department will accept comments on the proposed rule until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2020. The proposed rule language is also posted on the rulemaking webpage.
