MADISON, Wis. - A Wisconsin high school teacher who led students on business club trips pleaded not guilty Thursday to federal child pornography charges for allegedly using hidden cameras to secretly record students. The teacher's attorney said authorities haven't recovered "a single picture."

David Kruchten, a teacher at Madison East High School, sat stoically during an initial court appearance attended by more than two dozen high school students and their parents, with many of the students crying audibly. Kruchten, dressed in a T-shirt and sweat pants with his feet shackled, did not turn to look at them.
