Cornella Christine Roybal, age 39, of Saint Paul, Minnesota began her journey to the spirit world on Sunday, January 12, 2020. She was born in Bemidji, MN on February 21st, 1980 to Carol Whitefeather.

Cornella loved doing arts and crafts and was very creative, especially when it came to the holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. She liked to read, going for walks in the park and cooking. Cornella was a great cook and loved cooking for her family. She enjoyed having coffee with her sister Cylicia on the porch while they joked around. Cornella liked watching comedy shows with her fiancé Warren. She loved spending time with her baby boy Phoenix and loved her daughters very much. Cornella will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, laughter and humor.

She is welcomed to the spirit world by her sister, Cyrene Roybal and her grandmothers, Loretta Pacheco and Linda Whitefeather.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Carol Whitefeather and Benjamin Roybal III of Minneapolis; children, Phoenix Roybal, Caydence Whitefeather and Aiyana Roybal-Howe; fiancé, Warren Charwood of St. Paul; sisters, Cylicia (Tony) Wind and Sage (Leo) Roybal both of Minneapolis; brothers, Colin (Danyel) Roybal and Benjamin Roybal IV both Minneapolis and numerous other relatives and friends.

An overnight wake for Cornella will begin at 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 17th and continue until her 10:00 a.m. traditional service on Saturday, January 18th all being held at the Redby Community Center in Redby, MN. Drum group will be at the service. Pallbearers for Cornella are Benjamin Roybal IV, Colin Roybal, Warren Charwood, Tony Wind, Richard Brown and Donald Staples. Her honorary pallbearers are Benjamin Roybal III, Albert Roybal, Simon Roybal, John King and Mike Rivera. Interment will be in the Redby Community Cemetery at Redby, MN following her services.
