Man charged in the death of Yankton, SD, woman expected to change plea

(KTIV) -- One of the two men charged in the November 2018 death of a Yankton, South Dakota, woman is expected to change his plea.

Joseph James previously pleaded not guilty to four charges - including kidnapping and murder in Indian country - in the death of 59-year-old Phyllis Hunhoff on the Santee Sioux Indian Reservation.
