14 projects receive Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom funding
St. Paul, MN: Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom (MAITC) and the MAITC Foundation have announced the recipients of the 2019 Agricultural Literacy Grants to support educational efforts from kindergarten to high school across the state.
A total of 14 projects received grants of up to $1,000 each to help support agricultural literacy efforts that involve hands-on activities with bees, lettuce, strawberries, and more.
MAITC’s mission is to increase agricultural literacy through K-12 education. For more information about Ag Literacy Grants, visit the MAITC website.
