(2) Family Drug & Wellness Court Case Managers (1 Adult/1 Juvenile)

OSHKIIMAAJITAHDAH (NEW BEGINNINGS)

Open: January 10, 2020-Until filled

Primary Function:

To ensure all of the Red Lake Family Drug Court cases are managed efficiently. This position will report to Family Drug & Wellness Court Administrator, full-time position w/benefits, salary; DOQ.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Shall be responsible for day to day management of all files for Family Drug Court.

• Develop a Family Drug Court implementation plan with each family and conduct updates as needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed case notes for all client contacts.

• Attend all court hearings for client(s) and provide update reports to the court as requested.

• Work with all collaborating agencies to ensure compliance with the case plan.

• Responsible for the release of Court related information to the appropriate agencies involved with the Family Drug Court.

• Responsible for ensuring Red Lake Ojibwe cultural values are incorporated into Healing to Wellness Family Drug Court model.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Work Experience/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.

• Three (3) years related experience and/or training.

• Be of high moral character and integrity.

• Computer knowledge in using a variety of software programs.

• Must possess a valid state driver's license and auto insurance.

• Able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.

• Willing to sign and adhere to confidentiality policy.

• Knowledge of the Red Lake Nation Tribal Code.

• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test and background check with no felony convictions.
