Thomas William Jones III was born March 10, 1964 in Park Rapids, Minnesota the son Thomas Jr. and Corrine (Goodman) Jones. He passed away December 24, 2019 at Oak Crossing Nursing Home in Detroit Lakes.

He grew up and attend school in Minneapolis graduating from the Heart of the Earth Survival School. Thomas worked as a delivery driver before learning a trade as an electrician. He has worked the last several years in patience at Shooting Star Casino.

Thomas enjoyed working on cars, listening to classic rock music and spending time with his children. He was known to take care of people’s families during difficult times.

He is survived by his children: Tamika Norcorss, Charles Jones, Cassity Jones, Thomas Jones IV, Michael Jones, and Logan Jones. Grandchildren: Milli Smith and Caylee Basswood; siblings: Matt Goodman, Nora Jones, Charles Jones, Lenora Jones, Robin Jones.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas and Corrine Jones; children: James Denomie and Celeena Basswood; siblings: Lorena Jones and George Goodman.
