Red Lake Warriors lose to Red Lake County Central 58-50 in NCTC Holiday Tournament

THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN - The Red Lake Warriors, after losing their first game of the season to Fertile-beltrami on Thursday night, were back at NCTC on Friday, December 20th to play Red Lake County Central for 3 Place in the NCTC Holiday Tournament.

The Warriors came up short, losing 58-50, but during the game Red Lake Delwyn Holthusen Jr. his his 1000th point. Holthusen had 23 points on the night.

Cass Lake faced Fertile-Beltrami in the Championship and ended up losing 77-75.

Red Lake is now 4-2 on the season, Cass Lake is at 4-3, Red Lake County Central 4-3 and Fertile-Beltrmi 8-0.

The Warriors travel to Moorhead on December 27 and 28, before hosting WHA on January 3, 2020, and traveling to Northwoods on January 4th.
