David Hill wins Muscogee (Creek) Nation principal chief runoff, according to unofficial results

OKMULGEE - Muscogee (Creek) Nation National Council Second Speaker David Hill defeated former Tulsa District representative Bim Steven Bruner in Saturday's principal chief runoff election, according to unofficial returns.

According to returns released Saturday night, Hill won 3,399-1,779 to succeed James Floyd as chief of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.
