Myron "Jake" Busse, Jr., 55, of Rice Lake, MN, died on Monday, November 18, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family.

A wake will begin on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the Rice Lake Community Center and continue until the time of the Funeral service on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Rice Lake Community Center in Rice Lake, MN. Interment will be at St. Philip's Cemetery in Rice Lake, MN. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with arrangements.

He was born on March 4, 1964 in Bagley, Minnesota, the son of Myron Busse, Sr. and JoAnne Lafriniere. He grew up in Minneapolis, MN before moving back to Bagley, where he spent his teen years. He was united in marriage to Gloria Beaulieu on September 13, 2019 at their home in Rice Lake. Jake was quite the outdoorsman. Whether it was fishing, camping, leeching, or ricing, he loved to spend time outside in nature. He loved his children and grandchildren and spending time with them and all his family.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria; his children, William (Lindsey) Beaulieu, Sr., Darrin Busse, Daccari Busse, and Thomas (Christine) Busse, Sr.; his adopted children, William Beaulieu, Jr., Joshua Tiessen, Alissa Beaulieu, and Naomi Tiessen; 14 grandchildren; his siblings, Dennis Busse, Chastity Beaulieu, Brandolyn Busse, and Shawn Beaulieu; his other siblings, Renae Gagnon, Leslie Gagnon, Judy Beaulieu, Dennis Gagnon, Danny Seaboy, Geneva Seaboy, and Jamie Smith; and his aunts and uncles, James Busse, Marcie Busse, Sue Busche, Kristy Olson, and Pat Spaeth.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Myron Busse Sr. and JoAnne Lafriniere; his grandparents, Bill and Christine Gagnon; his aunts and uncles, Charlie Gagnon, Robert Busse, Billy Busse, Janice Smith, Lois Steckley, Louise Smith, Zelda Seaboy and Dayton Seaboy; his cousin, Joe Littlewolf; and his niece, Paige Busse.
