Bemidji Police announce Level 3 sex offender moving to area

Bemidji, Minn. (Valley News Live) The Bemidji Police Department has announced that Gerald Joseph Browneagle, a level 3 sex offender, will be moving into the area.

Browneagle is scheduled to be released on November 20th and will be moving into the 600 Block of 4th Street Northwest in Bemidji Minnesota.

He is described as 6'1", 344 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

The 42 year old has a history of sexual contact with a known female child, an unknown adult female, and an unknown teenage female.

According to the release from the Bemidji Police Department, the contact "included penetration" and he "gained compliance through coercion and force".

Level 3 sex offenders are considered the most likely to re-offend.
