PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for facilitating, promoting, and implementation of marketing activities to promote various projects and programs. Supervised by Ogaakaaning Enterprises, full-time position w/benefits, salary; $40,000-$47,000. Commensurate with experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating and managing all marketing activities for the company and core partners.

• Developing a marketing strategy in line with established goals and objectives.

• Coordinating and creating diverse marketing campaigns and materials aligning with the sales activities.

• Overseeing the company's marketing budget.

• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions. are kept informed of marketing objectives.

• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Art, Graphic Design) or four years of consecutive experience working with Tribal governments in a planning role.

• Working knowledge of Tribal, Federal, State and local resources, and familiar with community & economic development procedures, and business development practices.

• Effective verbal, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to prepare clear and comprehensive financial and administrative activity reports.

• Team member and team building skills.

• Analytical and problem solving skills, with strong decision-making skills.

• Time management and computer skills.

• Demonstrate sound work ethics: trustworthy, respectful, and reliable.

• Native American preference.

• Driver Licenses and Ability to be Insured under Company Policy

• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
