Police involved in early morning pursuit on Salt River Reservation

Police were involved in a high-speed chase with what appeared to be a dark red mid-size vehicle through the Salt River Reservation just after 7 a.m. Wednesday.

The vehicle could be seen driving on unpaved roads and through farmland, according to live news footage. The driver of the vehicle did not yield to the police and drove down paved and dirt roads.
