Red Lake School District #38 will accept sealed bids for the sale of the following surplus, obsolete and unused equipment.
Item A: 10'x30" stainless steel deep counter top
Item B: Cub Cadet LT 1050
Item C: 2 - 5'x30" stainless steel tables
Item D: Commercial soup server
Item E: Commercial toaster
Item F: 12' sink with disposal
Item G: 10' three compartment sink
Item H: 8' stainless steel storage cabinet
Item I: 6' stainless steel storage cabinet
Item J: 2 - Imperial commercial convection ovens
Item K: Cat 130G road grader that runs and but needs tires and maintenance.
Item L: Combination Vulcan walk in freezer refrigeration
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
Sealed bids will be opened at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
The Red Lake School Board will award bids on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
Equipment can be viewed on Friday, November 8, 2019 or Monday, November 11, 2019, by appointment only. Contact Chris Borg (218-368-7579) to schedule an appointment.
Red Lake Schools District #38 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or technicalities in the bidding, and determine whether a bid is responsive or non-responsive.
All items sold "as is, where is" to the highest bidder, no warranties expressed or implied.
In the event the highest bidder is unable to accept the bid award, then the next highest bidder will be granted the bid providing the bid amount is immediately available. This process will continue until a successful bid is found and is acceptable.
Payment may be made by cash, money order, certified or cashier's check and for the full amount prior to removal of the equipment.
All equipment must be paid for and removed from the premises by 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 27, 2019 or the winning bid will be rejected as non-responsive.
Sealed bids may dropped off at the Red Lake School District Administration Office or mailed to Equipment Bid, Red Lake School District #38, PO Box 499, Red Lake, MN 56671.
Bidders need to complete the District bid form.
