OSHKIIMAAJITAHDAH (NEW BEGINNINGS)

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

To perform receptionist duties; Customer Service is a priority whether in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, direct visitors and maintaining employee and department directories. Reports directly to the Office Manager and Assistant Executive Director. Full time position with benefits, Salary, DOQ.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Answering incoming telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate staff.

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every visitor.

• Handling of incoming correspondence accordingly from fax machine.

• Responsible for handling client paperwork, stamping and logging and giving to the appropriate staff.

• Logs all client visits.

• Assist all staff as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of one year of reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Must have basic knowledge of general office equipment and computers.

• Ability to work independently

• Must have good work attendance and be dependable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• G.E.D/High School Diploma

• Abide by the Oshkiimaajitahdah Zero Tolerance Policy and Confidentiality Policy

• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment Drug/Alcohol test and background check.
