Stars complete undefeated regular season

The North Central Stars football team finished its regular season a perfect 8-0 with a 44-18 road victory over the South Ridge Panthers Wednesday evening.

The Stars outscored their opponents 366-66 over the course of the 2019 regular season.

With the Stars locking up the No. 1 seed in their section, they await the final QRF rankings to see who they will host in the first round of the Section 8A Tournament at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

NORTH CENTRAL STARS UPDATE:

The No. 1 seeded North Central Stars will host the No. 8 seed Northern Freeze at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The Stars will hold all of their playoff games in Kelliher.

The Section 8 9-Man Tournament has all games except for the final taking place at the higher seed's home field.

The final will take place at the Fargodome Nov. 2.
