Scott Anthony Graves, 30, Migizi Inini (Eagle Man) of Red Lake, MN began his journey to the spirit world on October 14, 2019 at the Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND with his family by his side. He was born on May 21, 1989 in Bemidji, MN. He is the son of Royce Graves, Jr. and Diana (Skinaway) Graves.

Scott grew up in Red Lake, MN. He married Sue Sigana on June 30, 2018 in Red Lake. He worked as a security guard and a cook for the Seven Clans Casino in Thief River Falls in the past. He was working as a PCA for the three years before his passing. He was quite the comedian. Scott enjoyed going to casinos, and powwows. He loved a variety of music but especially enjoyed being with his family and friends. Scott was a very loving and caring person who always went above and beyond for his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. David Skinaway, Sr .; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Royce Graves, Sr .; mother-in-law, Wanda Pierre and numerous aunts and uncles.

Scott is survived by his wife, Sue Graves; father in-law, Steven Beaulieu; step-children, Ryan, Michael, Trevor and Miranda Smith and Kelsie Sigana; granddaughter, Avia Smith; sister in-laws, Patricia Sigana and Christal Pierre of Red Lake; brother in-law, Darrell Pierre; parents, Diana and Royce Graves, Jr .; brothers, Charles (Tiffani) Kelly, Franklin (Carisa) Skinaway, Sr., Royce Graves III and Gerald Graves all of Red Lake; sisters, Patricia Sayers of Minneapolis, Sheila (Shannon), Rebecca, Davida and Rochelle Graves all of Red Lake; many aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A wake for Scott will begin at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 16th and continue until his 1:00 p.m. funeral service on Friday, October 18th, all being held at the Red Lake Community Center in Red Lake, MN. Father Jerry Rogers will officiate. Pallbearers for Scott will be Franklin Skinaway, Sr., Royce Graves III, Michael Smith, Jr., Royce Graves IV, Anthony Graves, Brian Holthusen, Jr., David Lajeunesse, Sr., Derrick Oliver, Sr. Alternate pallbearers are John Sigana, Jr., Charles Kelly and Gerald Graves. His honorary pallbearers are Ryan Smith, Trevor Smith, Cyrus Graves, Conrad Neadeau, Rawn Graves, Desmond Sigana, Tristin Skinaway, Donald Brun, Jr., Virgil Skinaway, Jr. and Larry Sigana. Inurnment will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
