Red Lake Tribal Council votes 7-3 to increase Red Lake Blood Quantum to 4/4 (Full Blood) for those members born before 1958

Unofficially, at the Regular Red Lake Tribal Council Meeting held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, the 11-member Council voted 7-3 to approve increasing Red Lake Blood quantums to 4/4ths for those members born before 1958.

Just exactly how that would work hasn't yet been made available to the public.
