Robert Duane Beaulieu Jr., 45, of Red Lake, MN died Monday, September 30, 2019 at the Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Monday, October 7, 2019 at the Little Rock Community Center in Red Lake, MN. A wake will begin at 5:00pm, Saturday, October 5, 2019, at the Little Rock Community Center in Red Lake, MN, and will continue until the time of the service. Interment will be at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Red Lake, MN under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bemidji.

He was born on June 30, 1974, in Red Lake, MN the son of Robert Sr. and Marilyn (Head) Beaulieu. He attended Red Lake Head Start, Red Lake Elementary, St. Mary's Mission, Wahpeton Indian School, St. John's Prep School where he played high school football, and Red Lake High School. At the young age of 14, Rob set out to work. He spent his summers in St. Louis Park where he worked at Rainbow Foods. He received his GED, and graduated from Red Lake Nation College in 2012. He enjoyed following Warriors Basketball, golfing, watching movies, experimenting in his kitchen with barbeques and homemade sauces, listening to his music on vinyl and cassettes, collecting shoes, and mowing on his riding lawn mower. He was a very loving man who always put his family first. He enjoyed helping others, and loved to play and joke with his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his: parents, Robert Beaulieu Sr., Marilyn Beaulieu, Maternal Grandparents Clem and Roberta McKenzie, Paternal Grandparents Robert and Agnes Beaulieu, niece Brittany Cobenais.

Active Casketbearers will be: John Boyd, Ed Boyd, Harvey Roy, Bob Blake, Chris Jourdain, Brian Seki, Patrick Thompson, Selam Spears, Rob McClain Sr, and John Cobenais Jr.
