The Red Lake School District #38 is seeking the following Winter Coaching positions:

Basketball:

BOYS

• Head Coach

• Assistant Coach

• J.V. Coach

• 2 J.H. Coaches

GIRLS

• Head Coach

• Assistant Coach

• J.V. Coach

• 2 J.H. Coaches

CHEERLEADING:

• Head Cheer Coach

• JH Cheer Coach

Qualifications:

Have a strong knowledge of the sport, including; strategies, rules, and methods. Have a knowledge of different types of equipment used, physical fitness, and safety rules. Has an interest in working with youth.

Primary Duties:

1. Coach and lead the team.

2. Engage all members of the team in strength training and conditioning, practices, competing, and scheduling.

3. Recruit students onto the team.

4. Promote the program

5. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the school district.
