Man found dead in Polk County, woman arrested

GONVICK, Minn. (Valley News Live) - One man was found dead just before midnight on Friday.

Polk County deputies responded to a report of assault at 29631 420th Ave SE in Gonvick.

Officials say when they arrived, they found a man dead.

A female was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

No names are being released at this time pending family notifications.

This investigation is ongoing and no further information will be released at this time.

Officials say there is no danger to the public.
