LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos –Thief River Falls, MN

SCOPE OF POSITION

Under the general supervision of the Water Park Manager is responsible to oversee assigned shift at the Water Park operations for Seven Clans Casinos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Responsible for supervision, smooth operations and guest services of all water park activities including: safety, personnel, guests, equipment and facilities.

 Responsible for training of personnel, evaluating, correcting deviations and praising.

 Coordinates efforts between affected departments for promoting the smooth operations of the business.

 Reviews inventory to ensure proper quantities are maintained; places orders when necessary.

 Inspects and evaluates property for maintenance repairs and ensures compliance with appropriate regulations. Notifies appropriate personnel of any repairs needed.

 Ensures rules, regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to and maintained. Recommends changes as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

It is required the Water Park Supervisor have at least current certifications in Water Safety, First Aid and CPR and proficiency and effectiveness in the following areas: good attendance history, must be at least 18 years of age, minimum 1 year of lifeguard and supervisory experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
