About CO·MOTION: Center for Movement:

CO·MOTION is a shared working space for small non-profits and for-profits arts and athletics groups. It is a place open to all individuals and families to be in community and participate in art and athletics to improve their bodies, souls and minds.

At CO·MOTION we believe movement is central to purposeful life, health and progress. In our space, movement is art, and art is movement. The two together opens us up. Challenges us. Moves us forward and brings us together. It connects us to our bodies, our environment and to others.

CO·MOTION is a new organization with a strong collective of 12 small non-profit and for-profit groups and 8 independent trainers. Many of the collective members have been in this same building and collaborating with one another for over five years.

We now are about to share an expanded space in the same location, and an even larger vision. As of October 2019, we will occupy 40,000 square feet of space to fill with even more moving bodies striving for increased health and well-being.
