Minnesota woman stabbed friend to death while high on meth

LITTLE CANADA, Minn. - A woman reportedly high on methamphetamine stabbed her friend outside a Little Canada residence over the weekend, authorities say.

Clarissa Jean Martin, 30, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 6, with two counts of second-degree murder in Shayna Mae Fairbanks' death, according to the criminal complaint filed against Martin in Ramsey County District Court.
