IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!

August 7, 2019

Is your child going into Head Start and is in need of a Head Start screening?

Does your child plan on participating in sports and is in need of a sports physical?

Is your child due for any of their school-required immunizations?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, we would like to invite you to attend our first back to school Saturday clinic.

WHEN: Saturday August 17st starting at 9:00am

WHERE: Red Lake Indian Health Services, Out Patient Department

WHY: Every child who comes into the clinic will get some required school supplies as a gift and the parents who bring them will be entered into a drawing for a gift card to the store!

On August 17th, we will be offering a Saturday Back to school clinic. It will be an unscheduled, first come first serve.

If your child is needing a head start screening, sports physical, boarding school physical or just needing the required immunizations for school please plan on coming in. We will see first come first serve! We will have a pediatrician, two nurses and someone to register you for your appointment. There will also be someone here from patient benefits to help sign you or your child up for Medicaid services if you need them. While your child is waiting to see the pediatrician, the nurses can update their immunizations; check their hearing and vision if needed and help you as the parent or guardian fill out the physical forms your school may require.

Once your visit is over, your child will receive some school supplies as a thank you for participating!

FYI: If your child does not need any of the above visits, we can schedule them to see their PCP for a later date.
