CONCORD — Two unlicensed payday loan companies and their CEO, accused of making payday loans or small loans to hundreds of New Hampshire consumers, have agreed to a consent order with the New Hampshire Banking Commission to provide refunds to customers and pay up to $188,000 in fines.
The consent order ends a lengthy dispute over unlicensed lending by CashCall, Inc., WS Funding, LLC and the president and CEO of both companies John Paul Reddam, according to a press release.
