BEMIDJI -- A Cass Lake man has been sentenced to probation and a month of jail time for solicitation of a child.
Brandon Wayne Masten, 34, pleaded guilty to the solicitation charge in April. During his sentencing July 11, he received a stay of imposition. That means his felony-level conviction will be downgraded to a misdemeanor if he successfully completes probation. Masten also pleaded guilty and was convicted of a fourth-degree DWI.
