BEMIDJI -- Last year, local law enforcement agencies saw the lowest overall crime rate in at least the past seven years.
That’s according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which recently released its statewide uniform crime report for 2018. The report breaks down all the crime reported throughout the state, allowing the public to see what kinds of crime local law enforcement officials deal with and what kind of success rate they have clearing those offenses.
