Aaron Bellanger, age 30, of Bagley, MN, died unexpectedly, Saturday, July 6, 2019, in Minneapolis, MN.

Aaron EuGene Bellanger, the son of Ronald Bellanger Jr. and Lynn Beaulieu, was born December 17, 1988, in Bagley, MN. Aaron grew up in the Bagley area, attending school in both Bagley and Mahnomen. In high school, he had a passion for basketball and shined on the court. Aaron was a very talented artist which suited him well as a barber, tattoo and nail artist. He could free hand anything and loved to draw and doodle in his spare time. Aaron was a fun-loving jokester, who enjoyed making friends and family laugh. He was also very protective of those he loved which was one of the many reasons his brother, Zach, looked up to him. Aaron will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Aaron enjoyed fishing, playing cards games, dominoes, listening to and writing Rap music, softball and in his younger years, horseback riding and roller skating. He was a wonderful cook and could make just about anything. Family was his greatest joy and he cherished their time together, especially the time he spent with his daughter, Aaliyah. Aaron was currently living in Bagley with his mom and spending his free time with friends and family.

Aaron is survived by his mother, Lynn Beaulieu of Bagley, MN; father, Ronald "Plug" Bellanger Jr. of Naytahwaush, MN; grandma, Jeanette Bellanger of Mahnomen, MN; daughter, Aaliyah Bellanger of Waubun, MN; and brothers, Zachariah Stock of Sioux Falls, SD and Wahqine Bellanger, Ronald Bellanger III, and Weston Bellanger. Aaron was also blessed with additional family which included a stepmom, Laurie Hagen of Mahnomen, MN; two sisters, Candace (Zach Zornes) Watson of Flom, MN; Shanda Hagen of Mahnomen, MN; two nephews, Nevaeh Leslie and Emory Watson; three nieces: Ebony Watson, Emma Zornes and Elana Zornes; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family on both sides of the family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence & Rosie Beaulieu and Ronald Bellanger Sr; sister, Rhonda Bellanger; and several aunts and uncles.

Visitation will begin Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the Rice Lake Community Center with a wake service at 7:00 pm and visitation will continue until the time of the Funeral at 3:00 pm on Friday, July 12, 2019, also at the Rice Lake Community Center in Rice Lake, MN. Burial will be in the St. Philip's Episcopal Cemetery in Rice Lake, MN.
