BP: Officials arrest Michigan man for drug sales in Cass Lake

CASS LAKE-A Michigan man was arrested Friday for selling heroin and fentanyl over an extended period of time.

James Lionel McRunels, "Little," 43, of Detroit, has been charged with one count of second-degree sale of heroin and one count of third-degree sale of narcotics. Both counts are felonies and each potentially could result in 20 or more years in prison, officials said.
