Renee Jones Schneider – Star Tribune

Brent Fuchs filled soybean seed into a trailer owned by farmer Connie Cihak Monday. Fuchs, a farmer near Dundas who is also is Cihak's seed dealer, has had to change her seed order four times to account for the late season. He also worked late Monday planting seed on his own farm.

Dundas, Minn. – Brent Fuchs planted corn all day Saturday into the early hours of Sunday. He stayed up late again Monday, hoping to get his last 250 acres of soybeans in the ground.

He didn't quite get there and, on Tuesday, he said the day's rain may keep him from finishing until Friday.
