LEECH LAKE-Spencer Whitefeather jolted the crowd to attention.
The boisterous U.S. Marine veteran was one of several speakers who celebrated on Thursday a new cemetery for tribal veterans in Leech Lake, but he was easily the most charged-up about the yearslong project.
