Jane Elizabeth (Oliver) Anderson, age 50, of St. Paul, Minnesota journeyed to the Spirit World on Tuesday, June 4th, 2019 at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Paul. She was born on January 27th, 1969 in Red Lake, Minnesota the daughter of Alan Oliver and Zelda King.

Jane had a wonderful sense of humor, always joking around. Helping others when they asked or needed it brought her much gratification. She loved her family. She was proud to be a mother and grandmother, her nieces and nephews were very important to her. Jane cared for them as if they were her own. She enjoyed listening to music, playing cards (Cribbage). She worked for Native American agencies.

Jane had a beautiful smile and a laugh to match. She is loved by many. Accepted people for who they were, never passing judgement on anyone. She made friends where ever she went.

Jane grew up in Red Lake, Minnesota.

Survived by her daughter: Amy Oliver and her children: (Isaiah, Aiden and Adrian); son: James Anderson; brother: Wayne Oliver; Nieces and Nephews: Sarah Gozzi and her children: (Giovanna, and Adrianna); Anthony Gozzi and his children: (Sarah Goers, Olivia and Mateo); Joseph Gozzi and Michael Gozzi: many other relatives and friends.

She was met in the spirit world by her parents, sister: Terri Oliver and grandparents.

A visitation for Jane will be held on Friday, June 7th, 1:00 P.M. with a service beginning at 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Council of Churches, 1671 Summit Ave. St. Paul, Minnesota. In the Department of Indian Works.

An all-night wake service will be held on Saturday, June 8th beginning at 4:00 P. M. at the Red Lake Community Center, Red Lake, Minnesota.

Father Jerry will be officiating the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 9th, with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Red Lake, Minnesota.

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Deb Stout, Cynthia Johnson, Janice Lafloe, Daniel Delong, Nancy Stanaway, Annette Johnson, and Phyllis Johnson, All her family, relatives and friends.

Casket Bearers will be Verdell Beaulieu, Sean White, Raymond Oliver, Jeffery Oliver, Greg Mauer, Ryan Fairbanks, and Andrew Fairbanks.
