Police say many left not breathing from suspected overdosing at S. St. Paul home

Most of the six people who overdosed at a South St. Paul house late Saturday were unconscious and not breathing when officers arrived, police said Sunday.

Emergency personnel used the opioid antidote Narcan and other lifesaving efforts, said Police Chief Bill Messerich.
