St. Mary's Mission to hold 7th Annual Gala

EDINA -- The 7th Annual Gala to support St. Mary’s Mission School in Red Lake will be held from 6:45 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, at St. Patrick’s Church, 6820 St. Patrick’s Lane, Edina, Minn.

St. Mary’s Mission has seen significant growth in recent years. The school, currently pre-school through seventh grade, hopes to add an early childhood center for two-year-old’s and an eighth grade for the 2019 fall school year. It is open to all students in the Red Lake community.

Gala organizers and the St. Mary’s Mission Foundation Board, an independent 501 (c)(3), have set a goal of raising $100,000 for the mission’s operations. Guests will dine on fresh Red Lake Walleye, and Red Lake harvested wild rice. There is no cost for the meal and all donations will go to support St. Mary’s Mission.
