Back to Back Search Warrant recovers more fentanyl

Red Lake- Red Lakes Drug Task Force continued to focus their efforts in removing deadly products containing fentanyl from Red Lake communities and served another search warrant at a residence located in the Littlerock district on Monday, April 8th. Officers located over 50 grams of a controlled substance testing positive for fentanyl and confiscated approximately $10,000 cash and scales related to drug sales, hunting rifle, drug paraphernalia and located one child in the residence.

This is the 2nd search warrant served in the past two weeks where law enforcement seized fentanyl. This case was the result of an investigation conducted in conjunction with the Headwaters Safe Trails Task Force. This case remains as an active investigation.

There were a total of 5 arrests made at the residence and all were transported to the Red Lake Detention Facility and are identified below and face the following charges; Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful transportation of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment and the homeowners were additionally charged with disorderly house.
