This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

Areas of overland snowmelt and river flooding continue along much of the Red River and its tributaries. Refer to the latest flood warnings and statements for detailed information on specific locations.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

The northern edge of a storm system will bring some light snow as far north as a Cooperstown to Grafton to Roseau line beginning

late Wednesday night and continuing into the end of the week.

Mostly cloudy, with a high near 41. East northeast wind 7 to 11 mph.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23. East northeast wind 9 to 13 mph.

Thursday

Snow likely, mainly after 1pm. The snow could be heavy at times. Patchy blowing snow before 1pm, then patchy blowing snow after 3pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 33. Breezy, with an east northeast wind 16 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
