BP: Northern Minnesota man accused of stabbing man after challenging him to fight

WARROAD, Minn. - A Warroad man is facing charges after witnesses told police they saw him repeatedly stab another man Saturday night, April 6.

A criminal complaint said 31-year-old Clarence Edward Clark Jr. had been drinking with Vincent Hill and two women Saturday in Warroad.
