BEMIDJI-A lightbulb lit up in Serena Graves' head.

She had been searching for her calling, Graves said Wednesday, and found it at her young nephew's traditional Ojibwe funeral in 2015. There, she said, Anton Treuer, a high-profile Ojibwe author and academic at Bemidji State University, spoke fluently and eloquently in Ojibwemowin.
