BP: NTC asks how it can be more diverse, inclusive in 'visioning' session

BEMIDJI-Northwest Technical College leaders want their school to be more diverse and inclusive.

College staff organized a "diversity visioning session" on Thursday where employees, community members and a handful of students described how it could do that. That could mean, they indicated, adding an on-campus daycare, working to point students whose first language isn't English toward faculty or staff who speak their native tongue, helping older students understand technology basics and more.
