BP: Sisseton business owner faces charges for embezzling from tribe

ABERDEEN, S.D. — A Sisseton business owner is facing charges that he and his business took money from an Indian tribal organization, according to a news release from the U.S. attorney's Office.

Dustin Martin Kirk, 46, was indicted March 5 on two counts of embezzlement and theft. Two additional charges in the indictment relate to his now-dissolved business, Siouxland Lumber & Materials.
