BEMIDJI-Gov. Tim Walz is going back to class this month.
The teacher-turned-politician has been touring Minnesota schools as he promotes his statewide education proposal, which would ramp up K-12 and higher education spending by a combined $891 million. Walz and a small entourage headed to Bemidji High School on Wednesday afternoon, where he spoke with students about education policy and spending.
