Tribes are throwing their citizens away thru disenrollment, moratoriums, blood quantum, banishment, reclassification and disenfranchisement terminology thus creating paper genocide. They destroy the families “belonging” and cultural pride that the ancestors fought hard to maintain. Reservations terminated and destroyed. Natives of various tribes forced to live together. Others were assimilated/forced to relocated. How would you feel if you were no longer federally recognized?
