Lady Warriors move to 12-4 on season with 82-51 win over Clearbrook-Gonvick - Set II - P23

Gerika Kingbird scores 20 and hits her 1000th career point

RED LAKE, MN - The Red Lake Lady Warriors hosted the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears on Friday, January 18, 2019, and although the Bears scored first, it was their only lead of the night, as Red Lake cruised from a 50-21 half time lead, to finish 82-51.

Gerika Kingbird led all scorers with 20 points, also hitting her 1000th career point when she hit 8 in the first half, Autumn Holthusen followed with 17 and Angel McClain and Latayla Pemberton each added 11 points.

Annebelle Phillips led the Bears with 15 and Jacki Taflin had 13.

The Lady Warriors move to 12-4 on the season, while Clearbrook-Gonvick drops to 6-9.

Red Lake will travel to Northwoods on January 24th, travel to Clearbrook-Gonvick on January 29th and travel to Winnie-Mac on February 4, 2019.

Red Lake's Junior Varsity also won earlier 54-32.
