HEMP BILL ALIVE DESPITE NOEM

PIERRE – The South Dakota House of Representatives rejected a call from the state’s governor to shelf plans to legalize hemp in South Dakota.

By a vote of 65-2 representatives passed a bill that could make hemp farming and production in the South Dakota legal.
