Patchy blowing snow is possible in open country through the Red River Valley from Thursday morning through Thursday afternoon.

Wind chill values below -25 are possible each night from Thursday through Tuesday.

Snow likely, mainly before 2pm. Patchy blowing snow before 1pm, then patchy blowing snow after 5pm. Mostly cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 1 by 5pm. Wind chill values as low as -20.
