Both Warriors and Lady Warriors win in Laporte

Red Lake JV wins while Red Lake Jr. High loses a close one

LAPORTE - It was double-header night in Laporte as the Wildcats hosted the Red Lake Warriors and Lady Warriors on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.

The Red Lake Girls were first up and they knocked off 103 points in their 103-19 win, followed by the Red Lake Warriors who took a 55-15 half time lead onto their 85-53 win over the Wildcats.

Red Lake Junior Varsity were also winners 67-30, while the Junior High Team lost a close one, 38-35.

Red Lake 7th grade girls get the win 15-0, and 8th grade girls also win 22-0.

The Lady Warriors are now 14-4 on the season, while Laporte fell to 0-21 and were looking for their first win of the season.

Red Lake's Warrior boys team move up to 12-9 on their season, with Laporte falling to 1-18.

The Lady Warriors will travel to Clearbrook-Gonvick on February 14th, Pine River on February 15th for a 1 PM game, will host Blackduck on February 19th and travel to Roseau on February 21st.

Four games were not played because of winter storms and those dates of makeup games, if any, are not known at this time.

The Red Lake boys will travel to Fond du Lac on February 14, host Walker-Hackensack-Akley on February 22nd, before two more road trips to Blackduck and Nevis.
