This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of west central and northwest Minnesota.

DAY ONE...Sunday Afternoon and night

Dangerous wind chills in the 25 to 40 below zero range will be possible again tonight. Some snow will move in by late afternoon

but amounts will remain in the 1-2 inch range.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Dangerous wind chills expected this week. The coldest weather since late January of 2004 will move in behind this weekend's system. Wind chills beginning late Monday night and continuing at times through Friday morning will be in the 30 to 60 below zero range.

WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 45 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Lake Of The Woods and North Beltrami Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can

occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
