Lynita Lenae Sailor age 51 of Minneapolis, Minnesota journeyed to the Spirit World on Sunday, January 6, 2019. She was born on December 13, 1967 in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota the daughter of Emmanuel James Sailor Sr. and Victoria Anne Big Bear. She worked for DOT Minnesota as a Metro Mobility driver.

Lynita was very creative, a lover of arts and crafts. She was a jokester, unselfish and a very giving person. She loved to cook. Lynita was very proud of her family. A very loving grandmother, mother, sister, daughter who cherished her family.

Survived by son: Robert Millhouse Wilson Jr., and daughter: Katrina Lynne Wilson; brother: Lawton Duane Sailor; sister: Renita Denise Sailor and grandchildren: Ayla, Jozzilyn, Alyanna, Matthew, and Jhourney

Preceded in death by her parents: Emmanuel Sailor Sr., and Victoria Sailor; husband: Robert Wilson Sr., brothers: Austin Sailor, Jason Sailor, Calvin Sailor, Emmanuel Sailor Jr., and a nephew: Orlando Sailor

A visitation and funeral service will be held on Saturday January 12, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Minneapolis American Indian Center at 1530 East Franklin Avenue Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Officiating: Mitch Walking Elk

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Jenita Garcia, Victoria Sailor, Robert Wilson, Katrina Wilson, Lawton Sailor
